Meet the Team
Individual Counselling
Our counsellors hold Master of Counselling degrees from Australian universities and ACA/PACFA registrations. We understand that some people prefer in-person therapy, while others value the flexibility and convenience of an online counsellor or the support of a couple counsellor to strengthen their relationship. That’s why we offer both options. Our counsellors work with individuals and couples, providing therapy to navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions with empathy and expertise.
Psychology Assessment
Psychology assessment services provide comprehensive evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning. Conducted by qualified clinical psychologists and psychologists, our assessments help diagnose learning difficulties, ADHD, autism, personality issues, and other psychological conditions. Using evidence-based tools and a person-centred approach, we offer clear insights and tailored recommendations to support personal, academic, and professional growth.
Psychologist Therapy
Psychologists help individuals facing emotional, mental health, and life challenges. Our clinical psychologists and psychologists offer evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique needs, helping with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorder, OCD and many other issues. With a person-centred approach, we work collaboratively to empower you with strategies for lasting change and well-being. Our clinical psychologists and psychologists work with children, adolescents and adults.
Child Therapy
For children under 13, play-based therapy is often more appropriate than talk therapy. Child psychologists may use activities such as drawing, games, imaginative plays with figurine, role play, fun conversations, and story making. Children process emotions and learn interpersonal skills through playful co-creation with therapists. Our approach is tailored to each family's unique needs, fostering empathy, connection, and positive growth. By working together, we help children and families create a nurturing environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.
Couple Counselling
Couple therapy, also called ‘relationship counselling’ or ‘marriage counselling‘, provides a supportive space to navigate relationship challenges, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you're facing recurring conflicts, struggling with trust, or simply wanting to strengthen your bond, therapy can help you and your partner understand each other’s needs, attachment styles, triggers and mindsets In addition to couple relationship counselling, Our couple counselling services also include pre-marital counselling and divorce counselling.
Sex Therapy
Talking about sex can sometimes feel difficult, awkward, or even embarrassing. But at Mind Body Heart Psychology, we create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can explore your concerns openly. Sex therapy is a specialised form of counselling designed to help individuals and couples enhance pleasure, reduce pain, and address challenges related to sexual well-being. It also helps with processing sexual trauma, understanding the impact of age on sexual health, and addressing concerns related to intimacy, identity, and relationships.
