Psychodynamic therapy is a unique form of psychotherapy that fosters personal growth and liberation from unsatisfying or painful patterns of living.
“I believe that by working together to understand the meanings behind our emotional experiences, thoughts, dreams, memories, fantasies, and bodily sensations, we can create a path to develop a more resilient sense of self, which enables our capacities to work, love and create.”
Rachel has experience in psychiatric care centre, private practice and primary schools. She works with adult clients who are struggling with their relationships, emotion regulations, and life transitions. Her approach working with children is creative, playful and tailored to the child’s developmental needs within the social and family context.
